Vexil Technologies Ltd. is an African event security technology company. We exist because the tools available to premium event organisers in West Africa were — and largely still are — embarrassingly inadequate for the level of events being produced.
Our Mission
To give Africa's premium event industry the same access control infrastructure that security-conscious international events have used for years — delivered as a simple, beautiful, mobile-first platform that deploys in minutes.
We are not a ticketing company. We do not compete with Eventbrite or Paystack tickets. We are a perimeter integrity system — the layer that guarantees your guest list stays your guest list from the moment passes are dispatched to the moment the last gate closes.
Why We Built This
The founding insight was simple and infuriating.
"At a high-profile African corporate gala, the host's team was manually checking a printed guest list at three separate entrances. By 9 PM, the same names had been admitted at two different gates. Uninvited guests had shared screenshots of the digital invitation. The VIP lounge was overcrowded. The client was furious. There was no audit trail. Nobody knew what had gone wrong or when."
That event — and dozens like it — is why Vexil SecurePass exists. We built the infrastructure we needed and couldn't find.
